SUPERIOR GENERAL
Rev. Sr. Mabel Saroja , FST (2022- )
- The Superior General is the Head of the Congregation.
- She appoints the Superiors and their Councilors in consultation with the General Councilors and the perpetually professed sisters.
- She governs and guides the Congregation as per the constitution of the Congregation and the laws of the Church.
- She ensures that the Charism and Motto of the Congregation are faithfully followed by all the members of the Congregation.
- She helps in building spirituality among the members of the Congregation.
- She listens to the members, individually and collectively, by visiting the communities and convening meetings.
- She initiates to expand the mission of the Congregation by establishing new communities.
- She protects the patrimony of the Congregation.
- She gave more importance to the spiritual, educational, economic, and social welfare of the congregation.
SUPERIOR GENERAL AND COUNCIL
In the year of 2022, on June 4th to 8th, our Fifth General Chapter was held at our General Chapter Hall. As planned by Mother Arockia Leeli & her council along with Rev. Fr. Mathew Cap., prepared 51 Finally Professed members for five days for the election of the chapter. The Chapter theme “Journeying towards our Congregation’s motive with our Charism”. On May 7th, Rev.Sr. Mabel Saroja was canonically elected as Superior General and Rev. Sr. Jerald Sahaya Jansi, as the first Councilor & Asst. Superior General. Rev.Sr. Vimala Gracy, Rev.Sr. Sahaya Jeyarani and Rev.Sr. Vinnarasi are elected as General Councilors. Sr. Josphine Latha was appointed as General Procurator and Sr. D. Elizabeth as General Secretary.

Superiors are appointed by the Superior General in consultation with the General Councillors, shall govern and administer the community as per the authority and direction of the Councillors and the Superior General.
They have the responsibility and duty of their communities to provide spiritual leadership to the sisters, to respect the aspirations and ideas of the sisters, to animate the sisters in planning and executing the different apostolic ministry and to help and guide the sisters to give their best service to the society, the Congregation and the Church.
They animate all the sisters of the community to foster and strengthen unity among them so as to maintain good relationship with one another in the community with a spirit of love and concern.
