In the year 1995, The  Founder and the Director appointed Sr. Fatima Mary as a Third Superior General to take care of the spiritual guidance of  the Sisters. She devoted herself wholeheartedly to the congregation imparting morality, spirituality, and punctuality.

Punitha Periya Nayagi health care centre – Alangapatti and St.thomas mercy home-Malaiyadipatti communities were established during her period.

Sr. Mabel Saroja was appointed as the Second Superior General after her first commitment in the year of 1989 by our Founder himself. At that time, the Founder was the one who guided and took the Congregation to great heights, with the full collaboration of the sisters. She was very kind and sympathetic towards the poor and a benevolent mother to her Sisters. She was successful in her work because of her simplicity and gentle approach. Director appointed Sr.Viyakula Mary to take care of the spiritual formation of the Formees of  FST.

FOURTH  AND FIFTH SUPERIOR GENERAL (1998-2010)

As planned by our Founder Most Rev. Thomas Fernando & Most Rev. Antony Pappusamy our First  Election Chapter was held  at Fatima Nagar on  month of  May 1998  under the guidance of the Capuchin Provincial Rev. Fr. John Antony OFM Cap., and Rev. Fr. Wenceslaus OFM Cap.,   30  delegates sisters were present for the General chapter.   In this Chapter Sr. Viyakula Mary was elected as Superior General.  A deep and selfless love of God motivated her  to say ‘Yes’ to the call. Mother found God in the face of the poor and needy and served them with great compassion. Wherever she went, she carried the flame of God’s love with great generosity and became one with the people and with the sisters. Sr. Lilly Rita the First Councilor was the Asst. Mother General , General Procurator was Sr. Jesintha Mary and General Secretary was Sr. Mabel Saroja. The General Councilors were Sr. Mabel Saroja, Sr. Rani Jesintha Mary , and Sr. Kalaiarasi.

We had our Second  Election Chapter at Fatima Nagar on 25th May 2004  under the guidance of Most Rev. Antony Devotta, Bishop of Tiruchirappalli and Rev. Sr.Edwige SAT(Mother General of  SAT Congregation). 35 delegates sisters were present for the General chapter.   In this Chapter Sr. Viyakula Mary was re-elected as Superior General.  Sr. Arockia Leeli  the First Councilor was the Asst. Mother General , General Procurator was Sr. Sahaya Jeya Rani, and General Secretary was Sr. Lilly Johnsi Rani. The General Councilors were  Sr.Victoria, Sr. Agnes Mary, and Sr. Kalaiarasi.

V.K.Puram, Sundampatti, Novitiate Amali Illam, Karungulam, Ponmalaipatti, Melvazhi, Guziliamparai, Murugathuranpatti, St.Thomas Home of love-Fatima Nagar,Dindigul-Mariya Illam were established and new Generalate was built and opened during her period. 

SIXTH  & SEVENTH SUPERIOR GENERAL (2010 – 2022)

On 14th May  2010 the  Third General Chapter was conducted under the guidance of Most Rev.  Antony Devotta, Rev. Fr. S. Chinnappan and Rev.Sr. Ruby OSM.  40 delegates sisters were present for the General Chapter, held for 3 days in the Generalate at Fatima Nagar, upon the theme “Called to Serve”. Rev. Sr. Arockia Leeli was elected as a Superior General. She is very successful in her work because of her simplicity and gentle approach. She is a very spiritual person. Wherever she goes, she carries the flame of God’s love and blessings with great generosity and love. The office bearers: Asst. General: Sr. Fatima Mary, General Procurator: Sr. Sahaya  Jeya Rani, Sr. Arputha Mary, General Secretary: Sr. Mary Preethi, Councilors: Sr. Kalaiarasi, Sr. Victoria and Sr. Lilly Rita.

Mettupatti-Sahaya Matha Illam, Bangalore – Planet Hope hostel and Palayamkottai- Bishop’s house, Guziliamparai-St.Antony Illam,Thenkasi-Melameignanapuram house and dispensary,Malampatti-St.Xavior hospital communities were established.Thomas arangam and dining hall was constructed for enhancing the infrastructure facilities of our generalate.

Based on the third General Chapter in 2016, our constitution was corrected and got approval from Most Rev.Dr.Antony Devotta, the then Bishop of Tiruchirapalli. The new medal, Thomas Malar (Magazine), uniform saree , new prayer book and history of our founder Bishop Thomas Fernando were released. renewal assembly was conducted three times. congregation’s official website was launched.

various commissions were formed to enhance our ministry and periodically every commission conduct meetings once in three month.

during this pandemic period, we rendered economic spiritual and medical assistance to the poor , marginalized and downtrodden people.

Silver Jubliee of the communities-Malampatti,Malaiyadipatti and Alangapatti were celeberated.

general chapter held on 8th June, 2022. She was very kind and sympathetic
